This interactive negotiation was created as part of a course assessment for the University of Cambridge Judge Business School MBA in Lent Term 2021. It is based heavily on the classic text "Getting to Yes" and loosely inspired by the San Diego Zoo's 1992-1996 negotiation for a panda loan, but the characters and situations depicted are entirely fictional and are not intended to represent any particular person or entity.

(Just a note—this isn't really what I'd consider a "player-focused" game! Hopefully it's reasonably enjoyable and interesting to play, but this is very much something I built as a practical exercise because I thought it presented an interesting problem rather than a "product" with an "audience.")
